New Business: Steve Brain reported sign on the corner of 347 and Old Town Road is now up and ready for advertisement. Cost $560 for two years and $65 for plaque. If interested contact: Steve.
December General Meeting has been cancelled, Director Meeting will be December 15th at the Rail Road Car. January 19- Holiday Party, reservations necessary, call Lynn Annicelli at 928-5894.

347 Project: Francis D'Orazi reported he attended an informal meeting at Ward Melville High School. Plans for expansion was on display. DOT plans are not finalized, if you have any comments or concerns, contact the DOT by mail or fax.

President of the Civic Association reported that they are currently working with the town, regarding an advertisement sign that Lombardi's of Port Jefferson would like to place in Port Jefferson Station, also working on preserving land by the Rail Road Car, corner of 347 and Rt. 112.

Committee Reports:

Holiday Festival: Saturday, November 27, rain/snow date Sunday, November 28.
Santa will visit the shopping centers on Friday and then due to arrive on Saturday, at the Rail Road Car at noon. Free Cookies, hot chocolate, balloons and a picture with Santa. Please bring a donation of food for the needy. The festival is made possible by the generosity of local business, Colonial Coffee, James Cress Florist, Candy Lane, All State, Diamond Jeweler, Pathmark and BJ's. Remember shop locally, we have it all.
